Appointment Windows

We offer service appointments during our regular business hours: Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Saturday from 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, and Sunday from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. 24/7 Emergency Service Available. While we strive to arrive within the scheduled appointment window, actual arrival times may vary due to the nature of field service work, traffic conditions, and the complexity of preceding service calls.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure that an adult (18 years or older) is present at the service location during the entire appointment
  • Provide safe, clear access to the appliance(s) requiring service, including removing any items that may obstruct the work area
  • Secure all pets in a separate area during the service visit to ensure the safety of our technicians
  • Provide accurate information about the appliance issue, including model and serial numbers when available
  • Notify us promptly if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We request that customers provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to other customers in need of service. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a service fee being applied to future appointments. We understand that emergencies happen, and we will always work with you to find a suitable alternative time when circumstances arise unexpectedly.

4. Pricing and Payment

Service pricing varies depending on the type of appliance, the nature and complexity of the repair, and the parts required. Our technician will provide a detailed estimate before beginning any repair work. You will not be charged for repairs without your prior authorization.

  • Diagnostic Fee: A diagnostic fee applies to all service calls. This fee covers the technician's visit and professional assessment of the appliance issue. If you proceed with the recommended repair, the diagnostic fee is typically applied toward the total repair cost.
  • Repair Estimates: After diagnosing the issue, our technician will provide you with a clear, written estimate detailing the cost of parts and labor. Repair work will only begin after you approve the estimate.
  • Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other common payment methods.
  • Additional Work: If additional issues are discovered during the repair process, the technician will inform you and provide a revised estimate before proceeding. No additional charges will be incurred without your explicit approval.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work and the parts we install. Our warranty coverage is as follows:

  • Parts Warranty: All replacement parts installed by our technicians carry a 1 Year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, effective from the date of installation.
  • Labor Warranty: Our labor is covered by a 90 Days warranty. If the same issue recurs within this period due to our workmanship, we will return to resolve it at no additional labor charge.

Warranty coverage does not apply in the following circumstances:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or failure to follow manufacturer operating instructions
  • Repairs performed by unauthorized third parties after our service
  • Issues unrelated to the original repair, including separate component failures
  • Damage caused by power surges, floods, fires, or other external events beyond our control
  • Normal wear and tear of parts and components

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at +16173963696 with your original service receipt or confirmation number. We will schedule a follow-up visit to assess the issue and determine if it falls under warranty coverage.
